I have been writing poetry for almost twenty years, and have a unique and original poetry blog with over 450+ original poems in less than one year. Today’s poem is dedicated to everyone who provides customer support by phone. This poem was inspired by the 18 random words (in blue) provided below by the following twitter followers:

Frustrated Support
As frustration levels volatilize
the frenetic insulting fuktard
discontent, convinced he is jinxed
Epithets stinging your ears
like hydroxyquinolone on a wound
you toss your uneaten cheesecake dessert
The situation begins to spiral
despite your technical prowess
your patience stretched like taffy
As the consummate support specialist
you rescind what little sympathy you had
as the person becomes absolutely beligerant
Phone comes crashing into the cradle
marimba hold music starts playing
for what seems like a ramadan
After a few moments of peace
you pick up the line again
and put on your best face

I've worked in a call center taking calls for the first 5 years of my professional career and I COMPLETELY agree with the random poem. I think you did extremely well in writing this.

Thanks for your support, it was your reply on twitter which lead me to this site, though I already write for 13 blogs on and off, I will try to contribute some original poetry and haiku's to this site as often as possible as well.

That was a tour-de-force...you were given a very disparate set of words and you wove them beautifully.
I especially like how you integrated
volatilize, fuktard, hydroxyquinolone, marimba and ramadan because they come from radically different registers and cultures.
