The Universe

There was an entity more trivial than dust and
there was a phenomenon called the big bang -
a force causing enormous destruction,
deplumed the entity into decimation.

The particles floated around in space.
They got caught in an eternal race -
Constantly expanding in the dark, serene sky.

This process went on for billions of years;
finally, some of these particles changed their gears
and they started colliding.

These collisions were very exothermic,
begetting a show which was fantastic.
The show engendered many galaxies,
planets, meteors and stars.
This is the story behind our Universe.

Through your eyes, i have just witnessed silently, breathtaken, the most stunning sight inimaginable. my friend (sigh)

The gracious fluidity of the words, the details, makes me wonder if you were there when it all started.

Is this just poetry or past memories from another realm.

Bet I was there.... not in this form but in another.... The energy in me was, is and shall be a part of the universe... :)

A relief, really

You hae a way expressing space in a most peacful, calming way; even considering cataclismic desruction of it all. You always have a clever way ryming that I cant help but envy just a bit.
