Who is mad?

I often wonder what the mad
think about the world around them,
of people who declare themselves sane.
The mad never call each other insane!
The world isn’t round – it’s a geoid.
So, to a globe is the earth paranoid?
To fire, water is bad.
So, should we call fire “mad”?
Poets write stuff which are often eccentric,
So should the rest call us psychotic?
Thus, the sane often curse others unreasonably,
for just looking at things differently.
And Oh! Isn’t damning others a disdain?
So should the sane too be called insane?
Most people call me mad. I've long considered myself so too and was therefore trying to find the difference...
