To be able to write to alleviate is a precious gift because in the process the poet not only relaxes his mind but also those of his readers. This write was a unwinding write just like you wanted it to be...

 how truly and aptly put. i get greatly worried when i do not get a headache for a long time

 Imagining understanding

 gives me a headache,

 so I write to alleviate,

 it relaxes my mind...

 and I become the rain pounding the roof.
