Crazy Creed

Vijay Vardhan Kudari's picture

O my dear,

I creed like a mad, unbridled colt,

or as a hawk that never stopped to lure.

I've lov'd you full four winters and more,

I've lov'd so long that I went beyoned the score.

I've no lands, houses, jewels but I've a rich robust heart.

All do I found and a love in you,

I even blow the heaven if my love broke.

A tenderness it has towards you,

the heart that lov'd you, 't is by your accord.

Nothing I have, but a creed in you.

You were born to be fair and to be for me,

I do die for your love,

and I love you.
